Co-working for a cause
Since 2016 The Junction has been meeting the needs of the community. The Leesburg Junction provides co-working and leadership development opportunities for small businesses, freelancers, and remote workers. While you work, we give back by donating 100% of our proceeds to other non-profits in the community. Co-working for a cause, we bring purpose to where you work.
Helping those in need and developing those who lead
Our mission at The Junction is to help those in need by strengthening our partnerships with Causes that support the social fabric of our community. Simultaneously, we work to develop leaders by curating leadership events and workshops for our members and the community because we believe that good leaders become great change agents in schools, homes, local and global communities. Join our mission and start Co-working for a Cause today.
Drew grew up in Fairfax and Loudoun County and went to Park View High School. He and his wife Dawn met at James Madison University and have been married for 22 years. They have 5 children, enjoy living in and serving Loudoun.
Drew’s family started HEADWAY Church in Leesburg in 2013 and a few years later started the Leesburg Junction. They envision the Leesburg Junction as a community space for people to connect, collaborate and celebrate together. The Leesburg Junction was born in 2016 as a not-for-profit co-working and event space that serves entrepreneurs, small businesses, and other not-for-profits. It also has a particular focus on leadership development for people in the community both personally and professionally. Drew believes in places that contribute to the flourishing of everyone, including those in real deep need in our community. It’s with this heart in mind that The Junction sends all profits to partner not-for-profit organizations serving those in need, right here in the community.
